Dubai Quality Group (DQG), a non-profit organisation that advances learning, promotes quality improvement and business excellence practices, has appointed Hassan Omar as the new chairman of the company board for the 2019-2021 period.

The other board members are Hazza Khalfan Alneaimi (Vice Chairman); S. Unnikrishnan (Secretary-General) and Meshal Ali Alnaqbi (Director of Finance) besides Amer bin Ahmed, Christian Witsch, and Sunil Thawani.

Hassan Omar thanked DQG’s members for entrusting new responsibility, saying that innovation is the key to a prosperous and profitable organisation.

"If we do not experiment and adopt new methods, we deprive ourselves of progress hence," he noted.

In the next three years, new effective projects are set to be implemented, said the new DQG chairman, adding that it remained committed to being a centre of knowledge sharing for all topics relating to quality and business excellence.-TradeArabia News Service
