Oman's United Finance has hired KPMG to provide financial advisory services for proposed acquisitions of the company by National Bank of Oman and Al Omaniya Financial Services, it said on Wednesday.

National Bank of Oman and Al Omaniya have both expressed interest in separately acquiring United Finance, which offers loans and leasing services as well as corporate deposits. – Reuters
