MANAMA, April 16, 2015

The Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) has granted a licence to Cairo Amman Bank, to open a branch in Bahrain.

The licence allows the bank to expand its activities as a wholesale bank from the kingdom, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.

A full-service bank in Jordan and Palestine, it was founded in 1960 under the regulation of the Central Bank of Jordan and is listed on the Amman Stock Exchange.
