Gulf Finance House (GFH), a Bahrain-based Islamic investment bank, said it has won a legal case against Prescott Energy Limited (and affiliates).
 
In a press release, GFH said it would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR) had awarded its judgment in favour of GFH on a legal case amounting to $3 million plus three per cent interest starting from June 4, 2013.

The legal case (under Ref. # BCDR 16/2013) was filed by GFH against ‘Prescott Energy Limited (and affiliates)’ pertaining to the Bahraini bank’s investment in ‘Prescott Oil Fund’.-TradeArabia News Service
