Arab Bank to get dividend from Saudi affiliate

Arab National Bank (ANB), the Saudi affiliate of Jordan's Arab Bank, said on Saturday its board has proposed the distribution of a 1 riyal ($0.27) per share dividend for last year.
Arab Bank holds a 40 percent stake in ANB, or 260 million shares. Arab Bank posted a 25 per cent fall in its net profit over the first nine months of 2009.-Reuters
