Dubai Customs has signed a co-operation and partnership agreement with the Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing in Dubai (DTCM) to promote the development of tourist facilities at Jumeirah 1, Umm Suqeim 1 and Umm Suqeim 2 harbours.
Dubai’s foreign trade in IT hardware for the first half (H1) of the year grew by 10 per cent to Dh126 billion ($34.2 billion), compared to Dh115 billion ($31.3 billion) for the same period of last year, figures from Dubai Customs showed.

Dubai Customs has opened registrations for the upcoming WCO IT Conference and Exhibition 2013 in Dubai, which will discuss and facilitate legitimate trade, border security, and customs’ coordination between countries.
A total of 50 companies from around the world including Iran, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan and India, will exhibit exclusive pieces of their premium carpet designs at an upcoming event in Dubai.
